Meet Tommy and Stephanie Lauderdale, proud owners of Chicken Salad Chick of Panama City Beach. Stephanie made a life-changing decision the moment she decided to try Chicken Salad Chick. Becoming immediately and completely hooked on the product, it wasn’t long until she had introduced all her friends near Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, to Chicken Salad Chick. Her sister and supplier, Tiffany Dubberley, owner of the franchise in Columbus, GA, suggested that Stephanie open her own near Panama City Beach. She agreed it was a great idea.
Stephanie and her husband signed a franchise agreement. Soon, she and Tom were looking for locations to open their first restaurant and found that Pier Park in Panama City Beach was the perfect choice. They opened their restaurant in February 2014, and have truly loved serving people since.
Stephanie’s favorite customer testimonial came from a guest who said they were on the Paleo Diet but they loved Chicken Salad Chick. She, too, loves many of the Chicks. Her favorite? The Jazzy Julie!
